Networking and piloting
There is a need for more dialogue and cooperation between various stakeholders at the regional and local levels.
Thanks to a better understanding of the good practices collected in the second phase of the project and an increased capacity of their staff, partners will divide themselves into two clusters (practice and policy) and carry out activities to respond to the needs of regional and local stakeholders. That will happen by the upscale of the capacity building and peer learning activities at their level of action and by setting up/strengthening a regional/local CSOs network or local REGALE units.
In this phase, the consortium will provide learning opportunities to regional organisations and authorities, establish cooperation structures for civil society organisations (CSOs) or work on a policy level to create or improve adult education legislation.
Out of this process, case studies will be drafted to provide an overview of the partners’ activities and lessons learnt from them. Partners will pick a particular activity or action that can be considered transferable and elaborate on that, or explain the whole strategy, if evaluated successfully by their target groups.
The sixth project milestone will be developed by January 2023.
