Networking and piloting
There is a need for more dialogue and cooperation between various stakeholders at the regional and local levels.
Thanks to a better understanding of the good practices collected in the second phase of the project and an increased capacity of their staff, partners divided themselves into two clusters (practice and policy) and carried out activities to respond to the needs of regional and local stakeholders by upscaling of the capacity building and peer learning activities at their level of action and by setting up/strengthening a regional/local CSOs network or local REGALE units.
In this phase, the consortium has provided learning opportunities to regional organisations and authorities, establishing cooperation structures for civil society organisations (CSOs) or working on a policy level to create or improve adult education legislation.
